In September, another edition of the Casual Brainstorming Week™ event took place, combined with the 5th ADRIABUILD Sailing Cup 2016 Regatta. The regatta was held in Croatia from September 18–24, with the starting and finishing base located in Muter.

T4B, as the consortium leader, has just signed the largest contract in its history. Together with PHU Altech Adam Wyszyński, the company has entered into cooperation with Polskie Koleje Państwowe S.A. (Polish State Railways).
On October 28, 2015, the consortium of T4B Budownictwo Sp. z o.o. and T4B Sp. z o.o. signed an agreement for the adaptation of the Female Student Dormitory building of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, located at 1D Konstantynów Street in Lublin, to meet the applicable fire protection regulations. The contracting authority is the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin.
T4B Budownictwo Sp. z o.o., in consortium with T4B Sp. z o.o., has been awarded a contract for the modernization of clearance technology at the Dorohusk Road Border Crossing – Stage I. The agreement was signed on October 12, 2015. The investor is the Lublin Administration for Border Crossings Operations.
