Operating on the Polish market for 12 years, the T4B Group has expanded this year with a new company – T4B Budownictwo.
T4B Budownictwo is a construction company that will focus primarily on the general construction segment, acting as the general contractor for public utility projects, residential, office, industrial, and commercial-service facilities. The company is led by Marcin Szczepaniak, who has taken the position of President of the Management Board.
Drawing on the vast experience and expertise accumulated by the T4B Group over many years of implementing innovative, high-profile projects, T4B Budownictwo is expected to rapidly establish itself as one of the leaders in large-scale construction in Poland.
In September 2024, the consortium of T4B Budownictwo and T4B successfully completed another military contract, this time in Mirosławiec. The investor was the Regional Infrastructure Authority in Szczecin.
T4B Budownictwo has secured a contract for construction works under the project "Reconstruction of the External Perimeter Fence at the Lublin Remand Centre." The agreement was signed on August 14, 2024. The investor is the State Treasury – Lublin Remand Centre.
In July 2024, T4B Budownictwo completed the first stage of the investment project.
