In September 2020, on the premises of the Military Aviation Academy in Dęblin, T4B Budownictwo completed and handed over the rebuilt and modernized University Club building complex.
The Club is now equipped with new installations and advanced technological facilities. The auditorium located in the building, with 400 seats, has been upgraded with improved acoustics, lighting, and a stage lift.

The investment was co-financed, among others, from the European Regional Development Fund of the Lublin Voivodeship (European Union funds) for the thermal modernization of the facility.
In September 2024, the consortium of T4B Budownictwo and T4B successfully completed another military contract, this time in Mirosławiec. The investor was the Regional Infrastructure Authority in Szczecin.
T4B Budownictwo has secured a contract for construction works under the project "Reconstruction of the External Perimeter Fence at the Lublin Remand Centre." The agreement was signed on August 14, 2024. The investor is the State Treasury – Lublin Remand Centre.
In July 2024, T4B Budownictwo completed the first stage of the investment project.
