Military Contract in Mirosławiec Completed
In September 2024, the consortium of T4B Budownictwo and T4B successfully completed another military contract, this time in Mirosławiec. The investor was the Regional Infrastructure Authority in Szczecin.
As part of the completed works, the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński Auditorium was reconstructed, including the installation of a new audio-video system, partial replacement of windows and doors, thermal modernization of the representative western wall of the Main Building, and reconstruction of the rainwater drainage system.
The Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński Auditorium is the most important venue in the front wing of the University’s Main Building. It hosts significant academic events such as matriculations, doctoral degree ceremonies, congresses, and conferences. Throughout its more than 40-year history, it has welcomed many distinguished figures, including Pope John Paul II and its patron, Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński.
The original architectural character of the auditorium, along with the design elements created by Maria Chomentowska, one of the most renowned Polish interior designers of the post-war period, required that the works be carried out with respect for these values, maintaining consistency with the rest of the building’s finishing and its historical heritage.
