Military Contract in Mirosławiec Completed
In September 2024, the consortium of T4B Budownictwo and T4B successfully completed another military contract, this time in Mirosławiec. The investor was the Regional Infrastructure Authority in Szczecin.
On February 24, 2017, the consortium of T4B Budownictwo Sp. z o.o. and T4B Sp. z o.o., in the presence of the Deputy Mayor of the Capital City of Warsaw, Mr. Michał Olszewski, signed a contract for the revitalization and modernization of the BAJ Theater, located at 28 Jagiellońska Street in Warsaw.
The scope of work includes the design and execution of construction and conservation works as part of the investment project for the revitalization of the building.
The multi-disciplinary construction and execution design was developed by FS\&P Arcus Sp. z o.o., project team: architect Mariusz Ścisło, architect Dorota Morelewska.
The building, originally erected between 1911 and 1914 as the Michał Bergson Educational Institution of the Warsaw Jewish Community at 28 Jagiellońska Street, will combine cultural and educational functions, housing the BAJ Theater and Kindergarten No. 183. After the revitalization and modernization, separate areas will be designated for users. The theater section will include guest-accessible theater halls, a Puppet Museum, and technical as well as administrative and office facilities.
Planned completion date: January 2020.
Contract value: approx. PLN 26 million.

T4B Budownictwo has secured a contract for construction works under the project "Reconstruction of the External Perimeter Fence at the Lublin Remand Centre." The agreement was signed on August 14, 2024. The investor is the State Treasury – Lublin Remand Centre.
In July 2024, T4B Budownictwo completed the first stage of the investment project.
