On July 3, 2019, T4B Budownictwo Sp. z o.o. signed a contract with the Air Force Academy for the implementation of the investment project titled "Reconstruction, Expansion, and Thermal Modernization of Building Complexes No. 42 and 207 – University Club in Dęblin." The task is being carried out as part of a public procurement order with a value exceeding PLN 16.2 million.
This is not the first investment that T4B Budownictwo will carry out in Dęblin. In 2018, the company was responsible for work for the Dęblin Air Force Officers' School (Szkoła Orląt). These works involved adapting the "IKAR" Dormitory building, listed as a historic monument and under conservation protection, to current regulations and technical requirements.
In September 2024, the consortium of T4B Budownictwo and T4B successfully completed another military contract, this time in Mirosławiec. The investor was the Regional Infrastructure Authority in Szczecin.
T4B Budownictwo has secured a contract for construction works under the project "Reconstruction of the External Perimeter Fence at the Lublin Remand Centre." The agreement was signed on August 14, 2024. The investor is the State Treasury – Lublin Remand Centre.
In July 2024, T4B Budownictwo completed the first stage of the investment project.
