In December 2020, the reconstruction of the Mrozy railway station was completed. The renovated station is now functional, comfortable, and safer for travelers. The investor of the project was Polskie Koleje Państwowe S.A. (Polish State Railways).

The building, constructed in 1883, is under conservation protection. The scope of work included restoring the original appearance of the 19th-century station while reinforcing and securing it for many more years of operation. The building's façade underwent renovation, with secondary insulation layers removed and historic window frames restored. The exterior woodwork for windows and doors was recreated based on archival documentation. The structure of the building was reinforced, the roof covering replaced, and damp-proof insulation installed.

The completely redesigned passenger service area now meets modern standards. After modernization, the station has become accessible to all groups of travelers, including those with reduced mobility, thanks to the elimination of architectural barriers. The facility is equipped with Braille signage, tactile information boards with the station layout, and an elevator.

Passenger safety is supported by monitoring and fire protection systems. The installation of a Building Management System (BMS) contributes to optimizing electricity and water consumption while allowing efficient management of the entire facility.
