T4B Budownictwo will build a kindergarten with a nursery division in Piaski (Świdnik County). The contract for the implementation of the investment was signed with the Piaski Municipality on March 12, 2018. Scope of work: construction of a kindergarten with a nursery division, including kitchen facilities and sanitary-social facilities. The building is designed to be energy-efficient, using passive technology with heat pumps and photovoltaic panels.

In September 2024, the consortium of T4B Budownictwo and T4B successfully completed another military contract, this time in Mirosławiec. The investor was the Regional Infrastructure Authority in Szczecin.
T4B Budownictwo has secured a contract for construction works under the project "Reconstruction of the External Perimeter Fence at the Lublin Remand Centre." The agreement was signed on August 14, 2024. The investor is the State Treasury – Lublin Remand Centre.
In July 2024, T4B Budownictwo completed the first stage of the investment project.
